To ensure the sustainability of BMATA for the tourism industry and its members, BMATA is embarking on a program to develop its vision, values and strategy for the next 3 years to align with the association's Policy Objectives.
 
The Vision, Values and Strategic Priorities for BMATA were reassessed by the Management Committee with participation by a significant number of members at meetings and workshops in the first half of 2018.
 
Collective themes were brought together by the Committee and the result was presented to members as a 'Plan on a Page'.
 
The Plan supports the recently published Blue Mountains Destination Management Plan and is a blueprint on how we will grow and develop over the next few years.
